Consent details & disclaimers:

• No purchase of a print is required for for tattoo consent to be purchased.
• Consent is conditional to the below items in addition to payment.
• Purchase of consent allows you to work with any tattoo artist you choose with the exception of tattooers at the black labyrinth tattoo studio. 
• Consent does not imply that no one else will get it or that I won’t tattoo it myself. For exclusivity please email me for a commissioned tattoo design that I can tailor to you & that these terms don't apply to. 
• Consent does not serve as a deposit or a commitment to a tattoo with me.
• Consent does not give you or any artist the right to the image after that specified tattoo transaction, for example, it can not be used to create merch or reproduced on others without my expressed consent, provided separately with a licensing fee.
• You and your artist are allowed to make changes to the design so that it can fit your needs/ their own personal artistic signatures.
• The outcome quality of your tattoo is dependent on the quality of tattooer you work with.
• Paintings may need alterations to be a good tattoo, some line sheets will reflect this. 
  
• If the design/finished tattoo is posted online by you or your tattooer, I require credit via my name (Casper Rowell) and Insta handle (UFO.TOFU) in the post.
